About Bryce Neier
A family law attorney based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Bryce Neier is admitted to practice in state and federal courts, including the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, where he was an honor roll student and a member of the Dean’s List. He holds a law degree from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. In his current practice at the Law Office of Bryce D. Neier, he concentrates on a wide range of civil issues, including divorce, child support, and alimony.
In addition to his professional legal work with Fayetteville-area families, Bryce Neier is a committed member of the community. He is a frequent contributor to a number of nonprofit groups and charities, including the St. Jude's Cancer Hospital, Smile Train, the North Carolina Law Enforcement Fund, and the Jerusalem Post Youth Magazine. He also donates his services to the Alliance Defending Freedom Fund, an advocacy group that litigates constitutional rights cases. Bryce Neier is involved in many international events and activities to include the security and economic support of Israel.
A veteran attorney with 20 years of experience, Bryce Neier came to the legal field after proudly serving in the U.S. Army overseas for five years and attaining the rank of Captain before leaving active duty to purse her law degree. Prior to opening the Law Office of Bryce D. Neier, he filled a number of key positions in the legal field, including roles as an Assistant Public Defender in Robeson, North Carolina; an associate in the Law Office of H. Terry Hutchens; and a partner in the Law Firm of Brown and Neier.
An avid student of history and international law, during his leisure time, Bryce Neier enjoys water skiing, exercising, and traveling.
